Is there a minimum order? Can I mix and match sandwiches?
A $150 minimum value is required for all catering orders.
Variety scales with order size: The number of sandwich varieties you can include depends on how many total sandwiches you’re ordering:
Tiers:
1–30 sandwiches → Up to 5 varieties
31–60 sandwiches → Up to 7 varieties
61–100 sandwiches → Up to 9 varieties
101+ sandwiches → Up to 12 varieties
What lead time do you require for the order?
We require at least 48 hours notice for all orders.
Large orders of 50+ sandwiches require 72 hours.
Short on time? Contact us — we may be able to accommodate rush orders, subject to availability and a surcharge.
How does the Order Confirmation work?
Once you submit your order, our team will review and confirm availability within 24 hours. If we need to make any adjustments or have questions, we’ll be in touch directly.
After we confirm availability, you’ll receive an invoice by email. A deposit (or full payment) is required within 48 hours to secure your date. Orders not paid will be released without notice.
Where do you deliver, and what’s included in delivery?
We serve the DC, MD, Northern VA area, with tiered delivery rates based on distance from our kitchen in Fairfax, Virginia.
Standard delivery includes a drop-off with labeled, ready-to-serve packaging within a 30–60 minute window before your requested delivery time.
If you’d like on-site setup or presentation service, please request the upgrade when placing your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Canceled more than 48 hours before delivery: full refund.
Canceled under 48 hours: non-refundable.
What are your payment terms and deposit requirements?
For orders under $1,000, a full payment is due within 48 hours of invoice.
For orders over $1,000, a 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of invoice. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the delivery.
For recurring clients, we offer Net 15 / Net 30 terms with a signed catering agreement.
